You may cancel the contract within 14 days of the date of purchase of the gift certificate; if the gift certificate was delivered to you by mail, within 14 days of the date of receipt. The deadline is met if you send your notice no later than the last day of that period.
Once you submit the form, we will immediately send you an email confirming receipt of your notification, including its content and the date and time it was sent. If you cannot find the confirmation in your inbox or spam folder, please contact our reservations department.
We will refund the amount you paid no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal from the contract, using the same method you used to make the payment, unless we agree otherwise.
Please note: The right to cancel the contract applies only to gift certificates with flexible dates (stay certificates, value certificates, and tasting menu certificates without a reserved date), and only if the certificate has not yet been redeemed. In accordance with Section 19(1)(l) of Act No. 108/2024, this does not apply to orders for services with a specific date—stays with a reserved date, admission to sauna nights, and tasting menus with a reserved date.
