Fine dining POETREE´S restaurant
The philosophy of our new fine dining POETREE'S restaurant is based primarily on freshness, seasonality and honest Slovak farm products. Our young, enthusiastic culinary team brings our guests a unique dining experience thanks to our open kitchen. You can watch the entire preparation of your menu directly from the table.
The restaurant is run by chef Igor Janiga. For the perfect sensory combination of your food and wine, our sommelier Barbora Poláchová, who will help you choose the best wine from our wine cellar.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Booking in this period requires advance payment in the amount of 25 €/person. This amount will be deducted from your restaurant bill.
Reservations for the tasting dinner on November 28, 2025 can be cancelled without a cancellation fee at least 72 hours before the reserved time via the link in the confirmation email or by phone. In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the booked time or in case of no-show on the booked date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit paid. The total amount of the cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card authorized at the time of booking.
