Excellent cuisine, magical views. Tasty food with a choice of options contributes to the magical atmosphere of a stay at the Grand Hotel Permon****. The restaurant overlooking the High and Low Tatras brings a varied offer of delicious dishes and specialties under the guidance of chef Erik Biščák. Wellness gastronomy will surely please the fans of a healthy lifestyle. In the kitchen, we place particular emphasis on the quality of ingredients and use the services of local suppliers. We are happy to adapt to the guest's requirements and, if desired, prepare gluten-free or lactose-free dishes.

  • Breakfast in the form of a rich buffet is free of charge for the guests of the Grand Hotel Permon****. The restaurant is open for breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00 (on weekends and holidays until 10:30).
  • The daily lunch menu is served buffet style from 12:00 - 15:00.
  • The restaurant offers a rich buffet dinner from 17:30 to 21:30.
